Default whats she worth, mk I panel

Just tryin to get an idea on what a mk I '73 model pany would get. totaly stock, good interior, straight, very minimal rust. havnt seen too many mk I panys around. they gettin few and far between mabey?

Value depends on the buyer, but one sold locally a couple of years ago for $2500. It had a worked 1600 engine, very little (visible) rust and was panelled at the rear (no side glass). Mine owes me well over 3 grand and I had to cut another one up to get enough bits to finish it....Still got some more work to do, however.

Unfortunately, Ebay is still the best place to sell your van. If you don't mind shipping it overseas, I'm sure the UK boys would be interested. Mk 1 vans are like gold over there, especially in Ireland. I sold one for $500 to a bloke who promptly stuck it in a container and shipped it off to the Emerald Isle. The same bloke is sniffing around a Mk 2 2dr that I have in my driveway....He's not getting that for $500.
