Having a look back at the year that was, i thought it may be a good opportunity to see if any good movies have slipped by me. So show us your top 5 movies of 2008!
Well I'll go first, off the top of my head: 1. The dark night 2. Taken 3. Superbad 4. Step brothers 5. Deception Honorable mentions to: The bank job and Street kings.

I did not seen any movies in 2008.
I really only watch cartoons. King of the Hill, Daria, Dilbert, Beavis and Butthead, He-Man etc. I will see that Nixon film soon though. Should be interesting,

1. Iron Man
2. The Hulk 3. Felon 4. Hancock 5. The Happening and for something inflamatory: Dark Knight was the biggest load of garbage ive seen in years. Heath ledger's version of the joker was no where near as good as Jack

1. 1408 (again I think 07 but I watched it 2 months ago, was a good horror)
2. Street Kings 3. 3:10 to Yuma 4. Felon (was really good worth a watch) 5. The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford (was 07 but not on DVD till 08) I am adding a 6th and saying Sweeney Todd, for a musical it was really good. I hate musicals and I watched the whole thing. Also going to agree with the comment on Dark Night. It was boring. I think Ledger did well but still a boring movie. |
