Default How do you key in a 0 in the Cd player PIN code

Hi ,

I was wondering how you key in a 0-zero into your CD player if its part of the 4 digit PIN number.

Thanks

Phil

try the zero as a 6.. the top of the 6 may have been rubbed..
i don't think i've ever seen a zero in any of the codes..

i think the only numbers are 1,2,3,4,5,6 aren't they, because you use the radio pre-set buttons to type it in..
been a while since i've done it, so, i may be wrong..

If all esle fails, send the radio serial number to ASL (site sponsor) via email/PM and they will send you back the correct code.

KRISTO is absolutely correct.

If your code contains a zero it is incorrect.

ahh good.

Same thing happend to me, bought a new battery and needed to enter the code so i tried 3 times haha.

For future times if you dont know it simply call your local ford dealership and ask about it, they will transfer you to a number and they will ask you your VIN number and the name the car is registered in, then they will tell you.

This was in Geelong, and for an EFII, 12 years old at the time! I can understand for security for a new ford, someone might want to steal the radio. But you would think they would release the codes to the pubic domain after a few years. I'm sure fordforums would be happy to provide them.
