You should be reporting it to Police. You don't know what else this oxygen waster has been involved in. What if it had been a female member of your family

It is Urangan, oxygen waster central......

But yes a quick call with a description would be a good idea, ther odds are pretty high that they will already know who it is.

Dude is obviously a can short of a six pack if he didn't take off after trying it on that other couple with the onsite security guard, good thing though that it didn't turn into a physical altercation like a lot are.

Man what a lowlife. Sometimes you kind of wish that these people would try something, just so you can unleash on them. But then you'd end up in more trouble with the law than they do.

Glad to hear nothing happened - quality reply to him by the way. Top job!

Had a similar thing happen to me years ago , a young kid came up with a knife just as I was turning away from the machine and putting my wallet in my back pocket . After he demanded the money I simply said "You'd better know how to use that thing or I'll take it off you and use it on you ' . He went totally to water and ran . Only then did I realise what I had just done .

You should've acted like a woos and hope he tried something, then you could have given him what he deserved aswell as make the town a better place. While we are on the subject, and when I was not quite as nice and forgiving as I am today, I once had 2 guys follow me into the dunnies to try and rob me, after one of them grabed me , I smacked him in the guts ,while he had no breath I pushed him down into the trof so he was laying directly in it and continued to flush the chain with my foot on top of him while looking at his mate like I was then going to kill him. The other guy ran out of there while I was still flushing his mate. These lowlife just need to be taught a lesson.

Should've taught him a lesson that he wouldn't forget so he might be less adventurous to try this next time.

This same thing happened to me years ago also. I put my hands up then proceeded to give him a 20 but didn't let go of it then slipped him a kick just behind his saddle bags. Lifted him a good foot or so in the air by which time he was clutching his nuts before hitting the ground in agony, his mouth and eyes wide open desperately trying to suck in air. I didn't speck a word to him, just walked to my car and drove off. Scumbag!
He wasn't really bright this lad I reckon. It was after 9.30 at night and had just completed 2 1/2hr training section and still dressed in my training gear ...... with Zen Do Ki printed all over it.
But ***** happens........ even to the dumbest of people.

I think our advice would be far more affective ,you know where nannying has got us. Thats exactly the problem ,not enough action to deter these scum.

Give it time and natural selection will take its course. In the mean time a swift kick to the side of the head and a call to the police will have to do!

I would have beaten the crap out of him anyway. What if it was some poor woman with young children or an elderly person?

hopefully the ATM had a camera on it, at least that way someone may recognise him.

Scumbags.

That's exactly why I never let my wife use an ATM - I do all the cash withdrawals myself. I figure the goatee and shaved head are enough of a deterrent. Too many opportunistic bastards.

Im exactly the same, I also tend to use ones inside servos too as this helps to be more secure than ones at shopping centres and banks.

Everyone has problems, it is how you deal with them that makes the difference amongst us. I am not one for violent, standover type muggings. No sympathy from me on his plight if this is the direction he has decided to take, I would have belted him for trying it on me.

On topic, when you report if if you havent already, you feared for your safety. You said what you said, but deep down you were fearful for your safety.

At the very least, that will make it an assault, if they cant prove anything else.

shoulda let him take the money from the ATM, then chased him down, beat the bejeezus out of him and took ur money back. then went into the bank told them someone took ur money from the ATM. pretty sure if the money has not been touched and its taken straight from the machine it's still the bank's money until u physically touch it. the mongrels fees are high enough they should fork out for u being asked by a knob jockey for ur cash.

had it happen to me at Gosford, pulled some cash out 4 BMX bandits came over to try n rob me, he said give us ur wallet. i was like it's a little unfair 4 of u only 1 of me, go get another 6 of ur mates then try and rob me it will make things fairer for u guys i just turned around and walked away.

best i saw was in Blacktown, a lady got mugged a guy starts chasing him down, i thought, what nice guy, he bashed the crap out of the guy then he took the ladies bag and ran off

mate of mine had a similar thing happen to him.

he was at the atm in erminton in sydney (if you know ermo you know how 'nicer' place it is)
a bloke comes up to him asking to have his wallet.
next thing you know this bloke is on the ground getting mugged him self.
my mate left with his licence to take to the cops and then droped his wallet in the drain.

this bloke wont be mugging anyone anytime soon

almost forgot the one and only time i had ever been robbed, was about 17 or 18 in the city, 6 guys came up. i was with a mate they gave us a bit of a rough up, im not a small guy 6'3 105kg back then, i grabbed 1 in a tackle, thieved his wallet fell to the ground took a bit of a beating i knew i wasn't going to beat all of em but with the wallet i could at least find out who he was. 2 weeks later we got a few carloads of us, went to the guys place who's wallet i had taken made him give us the names and addresses of the other guys involved we went and rounded em up and gave them a stern talking to about the wrongs of stealing funny thing the guy had more money in his wallet than we had combined.
