We're almost all set. Hubby and I watch it every year... the kids get bored but that's their problem :P They have lots to keep them amused!

Twist off is always when the telecast starts for me, so the first stubby is nearly empty now....just watched Longhurst put it into the wall....time to go to the fridge again....

Just had to log on and post about that Maybach... ugh, what a revolting car! It's a penis on wheels!

Unlike that absolutely gorgeous XJS, they have always had a place in my heart! Woah baby, I still want one!

Ya know what I find the most fascinating about racing? Not the crashes (they are quite horrifying at times) - it's the drivers who see the crash happen in front of them and the incredibly quick evasive action they take to avoid becoming part of the accident.

That is true skill.

Its weird.. this year would have to be the first year that i'm not 100% interested in watching the whole race, i will flick on for bits and pieces... probably cause i'm meant to be working on a uni report but i'm too busy on here

Why not, Bish and I are heavily into the cans now....have a big stock in the fridges.........can never bee to organised for Bathurst.

Just like the team engineers at Bathurst working out fuel consumption we have worked out beer consumption, and added a correctional factor of 1 carton, just incase its a long day...

Geez, always make it a point to never drink before midday. Had the alarm set and now I'm on my 2nd beer. Been a very eventful race so far! I'm wondering if Lowndes has to change his durps...
