My owners manual says there should be a lever under the steering wheel, but mine honestly does not have one!? only a slit a 50c piece could easlily fit through.

its black if you sit in the seat, feel under the steering wheel to the middle close to you then work your way to the front of the car, you should find it
unless column shifts didn't come with it :/

it (the handle) pulls down to unlock and sit s in up a recess in the colum when locked.

I think you are right, column shift steering wheels cant be adjusted! oh well its not that bad anyway, cheers
