Default Fitting BF Brembo's to an FG

Hi,
Just wanted to find out whether the 4 piston F, single piston R Brembo's from a BF GT will fit straight up to an FG GS.

Straight up answer is no but can be done with some mods but front hoses will need changing and possible rears depends on sedan with or without traction control. Ute hoses will need changing for sure on rear.

Thanks for the reply. It would be onto a sedan. Is it a big / expensive job to do the conversion?

No its about $300 for the braided lines and the other stuff is just swapping parts around.

Bit of a thread dig here- I have an FG and have found some reasonably priced BF brembo brake parts:

If I were to obtain a set of brembo front 4 pot calipers with BF mounts and Discs, do I need to purchase different mounts to suit FG to get around the leading vs trailing caliper situation.

Happy with making up new crossover tubes switching nippes and getting new lines etc.. but having to track down new mounting brackets may make them not such a cheap option.
Thanks
Matt

From memory after you swap LH to RH etc etc they bolt straight up but double check that as i think the bracket is thicker although remember the caliper won't sit in the factory FG spot it should still work and as you mentioned just swap the bleed nipples and crossover pipes around with each other and get new lines.
