Howdy all,
I'm heading to Europe next year and want to head to the nurburgring. I've read a few forums and pages, but wanted to see if anyone here had any info or tips about car hire or any other info that may be handy? Will be there in mid September, so just hoping there is nothing on!

My brother went and organised everything before hand via the internet.
He hired a stripped out BMW 328i with race seats, cage and semi-slicks. He is a tight ar$e so it couldn't have been too expensive - he did 3 or 4 laps. The straight six was powerful enough to have some fun yet not enough to be a handful. It started raining as soon as he started so he still had some hairy moments. I think he said 230 or 240km/h down the straight. I'd love to do it, a day at the Porsche museum and then a day at the Nurburgring in a GT3RS! |
