I'm sorry I didn't realise you had to have one on order to have an opinion. There is a lot of people here with opinions surely all of them can't have one, or is this your typical fanboy bs of if you don't like it and dont own it then you can comment. I guess you never comment on cars you don't own then? Or are you a hypocrite?
Who would have thought you'd get bashed for simply saying you wish a car looked a bit more outlandish, it's not like I'm here saying that's it's crap and anyone who buys it is a fool, in fact I said it seems like a good piece of kit. Just too bland for what I wish the final Aussie icon to be. The thing will never draw a crowd like a XB GT coupe.

So, since my opinion means nothing and is wrong and you are obviously right, using your logic, I'd like to congradulated you on your purchuse of a GT-F mate, which colour did you get? Again, car looks to be a great, just wish it stood out more.

I'm not knocking the car(just the tyres) which is the only thing that I wouldn't be happy with (the gt-f's factory dunslop rubber), they are simply not up the power level these cars produce

Surely if you've got circa $80k for a car you can afford $2k for different tyres if that's your only concern about it.

Surely if you're spending $80k, you shouldn't have to?

No one will ever be happy until they re release the XY GTHO , with modern steering and brakes and a hike in power. Because your crying that you didn't buy one when they were cheap as chips and have a car worth something. Move on and embrace the modern GT . Be serious if you really wanted the last ever GT you would of bought it even if it was pink with green polka dots.

Sorry but I've never liked the GTHO but I won't come on here and go on about it.
To those that are getting a GT-F, I'm jealous!!

Spotted GTF-005 in Richmond Vic on Sat morning. White with black stripes. God it had some presence!. Undoubtedly a FG but had a different little something something about it. To all those with one on order, I'm so jealous!.

Enjoy the car for what it is, bloody awesome bang for the buck that we won't be able to ever buy again in a couple of years. Ford must have done something right as they had zero problems moving every car, many at a premium over RRP. With the budget Ford Australia had for the GT-F I reckon they did a top job. To complain about the tyres it a bit of a stretch, car makers have generally never put on top shelf tyres, if anyone wants to track their GT-F I am certain those owners will buy tyres to suit. The tyres fitted to the car will suit most owners (at least until they wear out).

It's not like the owner can't just easily replace them with something better.

Never been a fan of octane, gut boy does the gt-f in octane look hot. Easily the best colour in the gt-f with the stripes/panda eyes

Have to agree, GT014, the blacked bits work so well with it, too!
