Brake kit scandal & imitations

I have been sent an email from the head office of a supplier of a rather well known cheaper brand brake kit supplier. The "Australian Supplier"would you believe seems to be copying there product and selling it as there own and misleading people to believe they are the actual company. The information is again misleading and there suspension was also copied.

This is part of the email i received and i have taken out the suppliers name as there is a lawsuit against them.

******** had been ***** sole distributor within Australia for past 5 years. However, ***** found out ***** asked another small factory to produce pirated ***** product with lower-price two years ago. **** sold fake suspension to cheat the lovers of ***** brand and register the trademark by using former **** logo (square image). **** formally files the fraud lawsuit to official and claim compensation. Currently, **** lawyer is processing this matter. **** sell pirated ***** product with lower-price already damaged **** reputation!!

One of the reasons we discourage people from buying the cheaper brands is you never know what your getting and also why things seem to change in the kits when having to buy replacement parts. We only supply products we know are quality hence the price difference but please keep an eye out on what you are buying people.
