We've done the mods to both cars.
VX, VY, VZ Commodores to get around 300 at the flywheel costs about $4000.00.

BA XR8's for the same result costs about $4,650.00

Using bolt on enhancements only.

The commodores will be quicker and faster down the 1/4 cause they are so much lighter.

This mob sells a lot of performance stuff for the Holden, Buick V6.

Chris not a dig at your company as I have never been there or used it, but it takes no where near 4k to get 300fwkw out of an LS1.

A simple redback catback exhaust, $600.
Edit, 1000 (some even cheaper)
= 230rwkw which when worked back is 300 fwkw.
I have even known guys that have achieved 230rwkw with stock exhausts and just the edit.

I have 230 rwkw which cost me.
750 for catback.
150 for headers
200 for cat mods
two snags, a lamb cutlet and a Bourbon can for the tune.
Not 4k.
