Default White smoke from exhaust

Hi I have a ba xr6 ute. I have lots of white smoke out the exhaust.
Car runs fine then I stop for for petrol or a sitting in traffic for awhile. Hit the exelorator lots of smoke out the back.

Any thoughts be great cheers.

Try taking your dipstick out and feeling if there is any Blow Back Pressure. If so its probably Piston Rings.

It's probably steam, does it hang in the air or vaporise quickly?

Smoke hangs around and has a odour, steam just vanishes.

Maybe get someone to rev the car and take a wiff. If is coming out the exhaust and smells sweet, then it is probably burning coolant indicating a head gasket. If the car still runs, closely monitor your coolant level. If the car doesnt leak a drop of coolant yet the level goes down then it has to be going somewhere.

dont laugh
check you brake reservoir if its lower than should be
white smoke can be brake fluid thats being sucked thru the master and thru the vacuum booster and being burnt
its rare (ive seen it only once in 30+ odd years my self) but has/does happened

rebuilding the zh fairlane with a clevo 400m 4v heads injected whipple blown with aode 4 speed trans to a 9" ....... we'll get there eventually
