Um well guns require proper license and all require a safe that mets standards. Please dont take the fantasy of so called .50cal pistol into anything more then a fantasy. I might add if you actually fire it, and you never knew how to hold it correctly you possiblity break you wrist or finger. Trust me even when holding them there a boot and a half.
Now if i was to choose one out of anything would be handgun .357 desert eagle setup for speed shooting. Rifle for hunting or a bit of fun. .243 lever action. Winchestor of course. I want accurate rifle 22-250 bolt action winchestor rifle. using a 50gr ballistics tip shot Overall the 243 lever action a hell of a lot of fun and perfect for hunting and work on property. If you ever come across a pig one shot doesnt always take him down. Lever action makes it quick and easy to get him

I'd take a few of those automated sentry guns.. set-and-forget, shoots anything that moves
Though I doubt they exist anywhere except the movies, they're still badass |

i like my old mans ruger 300 winchester, its got the guts to take down big game and it lets u know all about it with the kickback, and if its just for fun, probably the old lithgow (not sure on spelling) single shot .22 with open sight was the first gun i learnt with.

Hey SENIFX a homemade version of the sentinel guns....
we used to have a few home made shotguns (quite easy to make) set up on our farm with a trip wire down the perimeter of our corn field to get the wild pigs, unfortunately after it shot off a couple of legs of our cows so we decided to take them away... lol |

ideally for competitions, i'll take a STI Trojan or Edge in .38 super calibre.
but im stuck with a HK USP Match 9mm stainless and a Ruger GP100 .357 magnum. stainless as well. i love how all these people want a .50 Desert Eagle. i couldnt think of a worse gun : (aside from a glock : )

: : : thats ridiculous and not true : and a desert eagle for speed shooting? nah. pistols with gas powered actions are hopeless. period. besides, you can only run factory rounds in desert eagles otherwise they wont cycle. youd be better off with a STI for a pistol "set up for speed shooting" based on the 1911 design. and mighty accurate.

/in my best Paul Hogan as "Crocodile Dundee" impersonation Thats not a Gun... Now THIS is a GUN ! The General Electric GAU-8/A Avenger seven barreled 30 mm Gatling rotary cannon is 6.71 m (22') long and weighs 1,858 kg. (4,091 lbs.) The shells each weigh 0.91 kg. (2 lbs.) and are made from depleted uranium... which can pierce up to 4 inches of armour plate. The ammunition drum can accommodate 1,174 rounds (high explosive or armour piercing.) There are two rates of fire, either 2,100 rpm. or 4,200 rpm. Two hydraulic motors are used to feed the ammunition belt at the higher rate of fire, one at the lower rpm. The design fire duration is ten two second bursts with a sixty second cooling off period between each burst. Any longer than two seconds on the trigger can result in a complete loss of sight of the target from the resulting smoke, or it can stop the plane dead in the air from the recoil.... Does you next door neighbour drive an old Tank? is he ИИИИing you off? Get rid of pesky neighbours easy ;) Whomever invented this thing needs to be slapped! more vids here http://www.warthogpen.com/video_clips.htm ONLY IN AMERICA ! I'll set up some of these around the frontyard and backyard, should keep away would-be intruders:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cd9NL...tomic%20cannon On a more serious note, a P90 would probably be my choice. I know they are in tv shows and games and whatnot, but they are actually a pretty useful, not to mention innovative piece of hardware. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P90 |

A Gun to me, former choco, is a piece of artillery. So I would have to say a M107 175mm self propelled field artillery gun would be mine, firing a tactical nuke round!!

Hmm... if I was only allowed one gun to carry around etc... would have to be versatile...
H&K MP5K PDW Relatively compact, retractable stock, 30 round clip, 9x19mm parabellum calibre. Now... if I can have several guns to carry around with me, well, the story would be different... I'd probably be wearing alot of trench coats... but a typical going out to iffy place at night arsenal would be... Two H&K USP .45 Tactical's in holsters on my sides... A Glock 33, 9x19mm, in my coat inside pocket thing... A Crvena Zastva M57 (7.62 x 22mm) on a belt holster on my left... A Glock 18C Automatic Machine Pistol (9x19mm) on a belt holster on my right... And two small .22 Derringers... one above each sock... You think that would be enough? : And if its all out war... An Avtomat Kalashnikov Model 74 (AKM-74 or AK-74) with the bayonet, and possible a scope... (calibre - 5.45 x 39mm) and one of those M57's as a secondary. Interesting thread by the way.
