hello all
i recently went and got a suspension guy to inspect my stuff and he said the outter bushes on the rear control arms(upper and lower) are buggered and need replacing (had a look my self and they definatly are buggered) how much should this cost? and how does one go about pressing out bushes? thanks guys

You can't press them out yourself. If you do the job at home, you remove the part that has the bush in it, and take it to a suspension place to press out the old, and press in the new.

Hammer and a big socket gets them out fairly quickly if you dont have access to a press
