The unit complex that I manage currently has a couple of 2 bedroom townhouses up for grabs. One has a small backyard and is available almost immediately and the other has a small courtyard and will be available in 2-3 weeks.
The complex has an onsite manager, is only 2 mins drive from the beach, and is close to shops. The unit with the yard is $210 a week and the unit with the courtyard is $195. PM me for details or if your interested.
