Well here is the calender for the ARC

2007 NEC Australian Rally Championship Calendar

Rd 1. coates Rally Queensland - 31 March - April 1
Rd 2. Quit Forest Rally - 28 -29 April
Rd 3. Rally of Canberra - 2-3 June
Rd 4. Toyota Rally SA - 10-12 Aug
Rd 5. Rally of the Great Lakes - 15-16 September
Rd 6. NGK Rally of Melbourne - 10-11 November

I think Zetec and I are going to head over to Rally of Canberra like we did last year. Happy its not in March because it was extremly hot. Also we will attend Rally of Melbourne. Channel 10 will host the highlights of the rounds on a Sunday I'm guessing. I know that SBS now holds the tv rights to WRC.

But how many v6's can you beat with that engine. Don't worry about the price.

there is a cheaper option :P you can get a 2.0l 220bhp kit. Just need an engine to start with.

http://www.mountuneonline.com/detail.aspx?ID=91

Does anyone know what engine specs they are using for the s2000 spec car.

Some bad news on the first stage of the Coates Rally of Queensland. Pirtek Rally Team drive Darren Windus has cracked his gearbox housing 1km in on the first stage. Michael Guest has got his Super2000 Fiesta in 5th place only 52 seconds behind the leader. The other Super2000 Corolla is in 3rd place. So hopefully Guest can make up some time.

Also have some other pictures of the car from Shakedown

I had a look at rally.com.au/results and Darren Windus is 5th Outright 1min38sec behind leader, Simon Evans. No mention where Michael Guest is placed though.

Michael's car had power steering problems this morning which meant he has missed a stage. We will get it back out there this afternoon for more reliability testing...

Here is a pic for those who like air time
