Had Comfort Gas shocks fitted to my AU with lowered springs and they were good. The Sports Ryder red shocks were too firm and very harsh.

I have Pedders gas Sports ryders for SL Springs (king springs)on my ute.
On the highway its faultless, obviously with shorter suspension it will be stiffer going over bumps but they tend to flatten out pretty quickly. I gotta say they're pretty good for the price and if you can get a good deal, by all means go for it! |

Have has the Sports Ryder shocks in the work ute for about 2 years now (since i lowered it) ... and they have been great ... not too harsh for me ... and i live on rough rural roads.
I'd recommend them.

I've also got the sports ryder shocks, along with pedders springs and all. Don't find it to be stiff at all, if anything there a bit too soft.

Have Pedders Sports Rider shocks with XR Springs and I reckon they are a bit hard but I reckon the Comfort Gas would have been just right. Next time I reckon.
