Default Blue tickford fascia with blue led lights

Hey guys, i was just wondering if by changing the lights behind the cluster to blue, how do ya keep the needle red? i really love the silver tickford dials cauz they light up blue and would love it if my existing one would do this. just wondering if im better off getting the silver dials instead?

short answer is you can't the AU 2/3 cluster needs a blue filter installed on the back of the facia do not use celophane use a blue stage lighting gel if you want a good job that lasts. some have expreimented with different LEDs and the result is always dodgy and not worth the effort

In my old ef i bought blue leds in a holder for it, and it was suppose to be all good untill it melted the cluster circuit board.

Never want to go there again, An au dash is good enough for me that way there is no hassles.

Yeah the ba xr dash is sexy but you get that.

i think i'm just gonna keep trying to hunt down the silver dials! they look soo good but noone seems to have them or be selling them! *cries* :(
