Default Wing Brake lights

Does anyone know if theres any requirement or what the legality of the brake light that is mounted into the boot wing is?

I recently acquired a Series 1 XR Wing and would like to fit it without the stop light.

Legally, if the wing is blocking the brake light in the rear window than one has to be on the wing instead.

the wing has the light because it blocks the centre brake light too much

The funny thing about that is that every AU and most new cars with a wing ive seen has both active, Mustn't be a very enforced rule.
Even factory fitted ones, Another defect driven off the factory floor...
Another excuse for the nice officers to clean up on that one.
