Im interested in purchasing an AU series LTD, and I've noticed on few units the leather part of the wheel seems to wear? Does anyone know how that can be fixed, by who and how much would it cost?
Thanks. |

It cost around $200 at most places to get a wheel recovered in leather

Mine is the same. It is just where the wooden part meets the leather. The colour has rubbed off the leather.
I also notice on mine that the wood on the top of the steering wheel facing the windscreen is starting to discolour. I bought a new wheel from Bayford awhile ago ( since sold out )but haven't been able to get my old one off. Maybe one day!!!! |
