What Camshafts will work with the standard ECU i only have Intake & Exhaust Mods at this time, Has anyone used the CAPA flash tune on Their I6
I Keep Seeing them advertised as AU-BF |

I use CAPA flash, as do a lot of people here.
With a KPM generic tune only, I droppd .501 off my 1/4 time, no other mods. Not sure about cams on a stock ecu, but try surecam, they might have something.

jim mocks cams work fine with a standard ecu,gnd performance have a couple of grinds that work with a standard ecu.
a standard xr6 hp cam works well to ,with the usual intake and exhaust mods.

I can vouch for the JMM cams, I've used them in a few E-series cars, and I just recently fitted a DEV5 cam to my AU.
The idle is great, though lumpy, it doesn't stall, and it has good power throughout the rev range. I haven't even changed the springs or clocked the bugger up yet, and it goes fantastic. It has a standard XR ECU. Rick.
