Was wondering if there was any benefit in putting in an AU III 220kw camshaft into an AU I standard 5.0L? or is there not much difference?

Hi mate
for the effort required you are far better off going with an aftermarket one, the 220kw cam is the "baby" of them (the 200kw one is "bigger"), but for the amount of gain a factory cam is not worth it. But if you really want one, give me a month and you can have my 200kw cam, which is coming out.
