Could someone tell me how to remove the four connectors on the side of the transmission? The wires are coming from the engine bay. There is a large white circular one, and three smaller ones.
Cheers. EDIT: Or if someone knows how to remove the lower half of the BBM. The small black bow that has a bunch of wires under it and a bolt on top doesn't want to slip through the gap between the runners. Last edited by JMO; 04-03-2009 at 07:00 PM. |

They are always a pain, usually blocked up with mud/tar etc so wont release properly
Try some WD40 and pick out the muck with a small screwdriver or similar The large round connector has 2 flat bits on the sides squeeze these together and pull it apart The smaller plugs into the inhibitor switch have a piece to depress before pulling back and the speedo cable one just pulls apart |
