How about a couple of '70s movies, "The California Kid" or a Drag Racing movie called "Fast Company"? American Graffiti is my number 1.

The Thunderbirds. Penelope's has a very tricked up car.Went fast even with a puppet driving it.

At the last drive-in night here in Adelaide they played midnight spares but it was overdubbed with American voices and they changed the place names. I was confused through the whole movie. I'd like to see the Aussie version and see if it makes more sence.
