I'm in nhill now, won't be anymore updates as I just want to go home and sleep, but thanks to all for following my progress and being with me, all champs you are . Cheers

Just going to throw some figures up on the trip:
Naish total cash+credit before leaving for Melbourne:about 700 or so.
Sam total cash+credit before leaving for Melbourne:about 500

Petrol cost:$192
Water, red bull, chips, etc sundries for both drives: $108
Car storage at hotel:$60
Sensations cost for clothes, naish and Sam:$ 170(Sam bought white nikes facepalm)
Food and alcohol cost in Melbourne: $160 or so.
Sensations drinks:$200
Smokes:$100
Krispy kremes:$40

So near enough $1000 trip. Obviously far too much rubbish got purchased and we smoked like trains while drunk, ate out constantly, drank too much, and had an awesome time. I did get sick of being told to "stop whingeing and put it on credit ya girl" though ;)
The XR6 was gorgeous absolutly no issues just purred along not using any fuel and loving it.
Much love guys, seriously, it's only because you guys like reading my progress that I do this so I'll keep it up!!
Naish

Sounds like you had an awesome time mate, the city is a great place for nightlife and non-stop drinking, thats for sure!

We must have just about crossed paths at Ballarat both on your way to Melbourne and on the way back, I stayed there for a quiet one (can't remember the last time I had one of those!) with my girlfriend and the times you went past were almost spot on for when I got there and left.

How did Sensation go? A few of my mates went but I haven't heard from them since...

Bought 2 1/2 cartons from Adelaide, spent only 1 actual solid day there, still spent 360 bucks and drank the cartons??

I'll have your apologies in writing thanks.

for a day and a half and only 2 people, yeah, that's a bit! Bear in mind 200@ sensations was 20 drinks, 2 1/2 cartons got drank and another 160 on random pubs and food. Good effort considering I think

It's an ok effort.

Drinking Vodka Mudslides for breakfast would have made it a good effort. Actually I wonder what you could mix with a FU for a bender brekky drink?

Kahlua or Baileys? Maybe a bit of Whiskey?

I drank beer for breakfast, hmph. FU and baileys is like drinking sex and awesomeness. Seriously. Actually to be honest, next time I go, I can't see sobriety being on my to do list.. Should be a good trip!

I love beer but beer for breakfast is bad.

You need to start thee day right with a good brekky bevy when on a bender. You have much to learn!
