Thanx guys, I had a look at 2 cars before this one, and despite higher kays, it was in best overall condition. And having installed SVI system is a bonus.
Car is stock apart from wheels, BA XR 17's. I had an option of them or stock G220 17's. My brother liked XR ones, and since they'll be on his BF as soon as I fit my 19's, I chose them. Also has fitted heavy duty tow bar, which I will remove and sell, and trans cooler, which will stay. Spoke to insurance, the money should be on my acc. tomorrow, so I hope I can pick it up in the arvo.

Yeah mate blue pearl, same as yours. I'm gonna sort the wheels and suspension first, than exhaust. I haven't thought about the bonnet, but now that you mentioned it...lol
The room in the back will come in handy for sure lol. Just spoke to claims dept. and looks like the money will be in monday or tuesday. Grrrr, more waiting...

I picked her up in the arvo, got stuck in traffic on the way home, was too dark to take any pics. Tomorrow morning off to vicroads to pay transfer fees, and I'll take a few pics after that.
Drives really well, I'm very happy with it. So much car for the money. Couple of things I will improve. Stock exhaust is sooo quiet, it almost sounds like a 6cyl. Exhaust is definately on the list, as well as bigger front rotors/calipers. Stock ones are just adequate for the weight of the car. I'm probably going to get a package from FTG, 322mm rotors and two pot calipers, should improve braking performance quite a bit. Otherwise a really nice cruiser.

My old TE50 ended up at pickles and has been bought by FTG Autosalvage. They've decided to repair her and put back on the road.

Nah, already bought another car Ron, let someone else enjoy it. I'm happy that they are reparing it, instead of wrecking for parts. They're rare cars, should keep them on the road.
