Default IT Gurus... Windows Sharepoint!!!

Hi,

Well its been driving me crazy for months at work... We use a Microsoft Sharepoint Services site for out Export Customers around the world, and it has all sorts of information, and I would hate to have to set it up again... It would take over a month to do it all again...

The problem i have is trying to back up the site as you cant use normal file system backups for the site, as it has sql databases...

i am wondering if there is anyone out there who also uses sharepoint at work, and what solution you have for backing it up. There is a command stsadm.exe, but the commands for backing up the default site are quite hard to understand.

This is my last resort at the moment, its really giving me the s...
