Post where is the tcm located in an au s1 v8?

Me again.
Does anyone know where the tcm ( transmssion control module) is located on an au s1 v8?

In the ECU same as a 6. Seperate TCMs on the Windsors was an E Series thing.

Ok ta.
Did a lot of searching and no joy.
Glad someone cleared that up for me.
So ecu should be behind pass side kick panel then?

Yep. Found the ecu under pass side kick panel. No tcm to be found.

Installed a dual stage shift kit and it works well.
A bit harsh for city traffic especially in power mode but fine for a squirt.
On the low setting with economy mode might be ok for towing too.

It is all one unit. In the AU it is actually called the PCM (powertrain control module)
