Default New Mustang modifications and customising.

So with a new Stang on order I spend a bit of time searching the net for ummmm "bits" and thought it would be good to share and see what others may have found...(plus it kills some time) and makes the 13 months wait a little easier ...ok not really.
show us your,
Wheels
performance mods
Visual mods
Websites (if thats allowed)
Videos etc

i think the mustang is a beautiful car and performance seems great but I tend to not leave them stock. The mods I make I choose carefully and these types of threads help me greatly

Heres a nice page I found drooool..

I like the window vents black outs that Foose did for MMD http://www.modernmuscledesign.com/ gives it that 69 GT look

I Like this Roush bonnet scoop, it sits in between the existing bonnet ribs...

Definately couldn't make an advert like that in Australia. It'd get banned! Encouraging all the young people to do burnouts! Can't have that tsk tsk.

At the moment I'm looking at these wheels:

Vossen VSF:

Or MMR GF6:

I've also been following this guy's build on Mustang6g Forum; he has links to most of the gear he's used:

http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12723

I've also reserved 6GPONY for the number plates.

Looks so good. I hope the calipers and discs look good in real life. Nothing worse than big rims with tiny brakes IMO.

Oh dear lord that looks awesome in black. I love the black Mustangs best but for a daily I can't be bothered keeping it super clean. Amazing modified machine though.

I love the look of those Vossens but not the MMR.

The MMR with that internal ledge suits cars with a far more radical offset than that of the Mustang.

I'm leaning more towards the Vossen's at this stage, mainly because it's a 10-spoke so the wheel nuts line up with the spokes. The MMR's are 12-spoke. I like both to be honest; the MMR's with the ledge might disguise the wheel balance weights better as they'd be very visible with the open-ness of the Vossen.

Decisions, decisions! At least I have plenty of time!

I prefer the Vossens for sure.
