Default identifying a cam

hey all

im just looking for some help on identifying a custom ground cam?

i bout a EA 3 spd auto 4 $150 it had a 4 pinion lsd and aparently had a 2500rpm stall convertor, a cam, and lots of extra's!!! but it has been 4 owner's since this was done it was guttless and on LPG so we all thought the guy was full of #### so i offered him $150 4 it he took. is use 2 lt of oil 2 do 20km i didnt care cause i only wanted it 4 the lsd so on the weekend i pulled the motor and trans out and pulled the cam out and it had a blank billit no stamped on the end pc3900sf and on the other end 599b9L1 ingraved in it!
and a bright orange touque converter
