Yep, its going to be real hard to get V8s through Euro VII I reckon, or OEMs just don't want to spend the money.

Someone probably will though, there's always a market for 8 cylinders.

Stupid decision as the C and E class AMG models have a lot more volume than the other models. Leaving the V8 option only for the uber AMG models means they will be a lot more expensive as a lower volume to ammortise the costs.

fify

Eu7 is impossible with pure ICE engines. gas hybrids are the only option

now a V8 hybrid might be worth looking at........

It's the start of the end of the beginning of the conclusion of the inception.

For average Joes it was the end when the Chrysler 300 went the way of the dinosaur.

But now it's a new level of sadness because even if you can afford these cars you can't get a V8

We're at that point where we've become like those old blokes who think cars died in 1980 when the CM Valiant disappeared into Mitsubishi's massive sphincter.

I'm adamant cars died in 2017 with Australian made cars disappearing.

Here, who are you calling old? Ah the Valliant, the things stood out in the car parks. The sound of a moist pillow hitting a table, when you closed the door.
