hi, my names dylan and i own a late 2001 forte n i want it low... ive got a brand nu set of king springs ready 2 go but wuldnt mind sum help in knowin whats cumin off ect to swap the springs, any1 got a step by step or any ideas where 2 find sumthing similar to help me out? any1 lowered there au themselves? any helps a big help thanx

What sort of springs did you get? Lows, superlows or ultra lows?
Regardless of what you put in, your shocks will die shortly after. You can get away with using struts to suit the lowered springs. But your best and safe bet, would be to whack in better & shorter shocks to suit the springs your putting in. Also I wouldnt pass up on a Camber kit, saves your tyres. I'm running on King Lows & Koni Shocks. You can do it yourself, if you have a spring compressor, and your gain. A reputable suspension shop, wouldnt charge much, for just a spring change.
