I'm looking at an 8 cyclinder car. Now i can legally drive a 2000/2001 model AuII XR8 or an EL XR8. I have been told time and time again that the AU's are far better then the EL in just about every aspect. But right before i was dead set on getting an AU i thought long and hard and came to the conclusion that i really dislike the front of the AUII/AU series cars. I was just wondering if anyone out there has an AU ride that they have modded/changed the front look of the AU, IMO i think it looks ****. Also the overall shape of the AU looks a bit dodge.
When i look at an El, which is only around 185kw compared to the Au 200kw, i think the overall look of the car is better then the AU. Heres a good example of a car i believe is a good looking EL. http://www.carpoint.com.au/used-car/...a/2132440.aspx So the point of my post is to ask whether someone can change my mind on the looks of the AU with a few pictures of changed fronts? thanks, |
