Greetings,
Well didn't we all have a fun day....!! Dougie in his German Cortina, MOTIV8 and I in the "go-kart" and Seagull in the Combo all made for a lot of laughs..... The Cooke meister was the champ for our club, and it will be interesting to see where he finished in the final tally of things- I only took a copy of our sheets.......... The silent but deadly award goes to AUXRVIII who let me tell you was hot on their heels.... Seagull even put GT stripes on his Combo, and he discovered folding in the mirrors gave him an extra second, and MOTIV8 proved the drive it like you stole it theory....... and also that to be only be less than 3 secs off the pace on the back track in a 105kw car (downhill with 30 knot tailwind) against the 6's and 8's is no mean feat..... I'm off for tyres first thing Tuesday.......... I'll have to wait in line behind 1600GT after his smoke filled effort...... P.S Pics are on the website..

Another study found Australians drink, on average, 22 gallons of alcohol a year. That means, on average, Australians get about 41 miles to the gallon. Kind of makes you proud to be an aussie. Last edited by Go baby Go; 10-06-2007 at 11:30 PM. |
