Default Roller Rocker Info

Hi, I've only had my Rebel 220 for 3-4 months and I would like to ask a question of the educated.

I've had V8's and Turbo's, none of which had Roler Rockers. The sound like they are slightly out of adjustment. At high rpm they really have a clatter up.

My questions are:

* Is is it normal for them to make a noise?
* At what intervals do they need adjusting?
* With 100,000k's on it should I use slightly heavier oil?

Any and info appreciated!
