Hi,
I realise this may have limited appeal, but I travel allot with work. I make a piont of having great food when I am on the road, it makes travelling all the more enjoyable. One of my favourite dishes is salt and pepper squid sometimes called squid in spicy salt. I like aything with hot chilli though..... Of all the places accross inland NSW the best I have found was at a little chinese restaurant in Wellington. In Sydney - the palace chinese in Piccadilly towers i hard to beat (try their soft shell crab too) That was GREAT!
