Default More silly window issues

Hi guys ive had a look at some of the other threads and stuff on electric window problems, mine is i think a little bit different.
Both of my switches for the passenger side window won't go back up, when i push either switch down i can hear the motor clicking but when i push it to go back up it doesn't go anywhere and i cant hear the motor trying to work.

Took apart the switch and cleaned it out but still the same problem.
What's worst is that it started raining today and had to cover the window with tarp.

Would this be a switch problem still, or has the motor carked it in one direction???
