Default 4L fuel consumption issues...

Gday guys.

My old girl has a 6 cylinder AU falcon, its a 99 with around 160k on the clock and is drinking alot of fuel.

It blows a fair bit of black smoke, seems to really only do it when its cold and under acceleration, it will also stutter as well. when its warm it seems to get better, but again under acceleration it will sometime stutter and blow smoke.

Just after some trouble shooting, what could be the cause?

I have been told possibly a Map sensor or oxy sensor?

If so where are these located?
