Looking on Google Earth just now, particularly at the You Yangs proving ground, in one corner away from all the buildings and the skidpan there appears to be a little junkyard or whatever, with what looks like a fair amount (say, 100) cars in there.
Just left in no particular order, they're not parked or anything. Some of them look like they have been parked right up against one another and maybe even driven into one another so the people that use/own them obviously don't care about them. Are these test mules of days gone by? Any proving ground insiders care to enlighten us unwashed folk about what they are and what they are doing there? I'm curious.
