Default FG head unit into BA

Guys,
First of all, I believe that that Premium sound in the FG plays mp3s natively. If it does, is it possible to transplant this head unit into a BA? I already have the premium sound in the BA, so it would possibly only require a change of CD stacker. Is this possible and would it work? What would be the cost if it is possible? Thanks
