Chistmas Party December 12th

The Mid North Coast Ford Owners Club has booked the Christmas party for this year at the Settlers Tavern. We could not get into our usual spot at the Hibbard Sports club this year. We have the back room and the outdoor area next to it from 6:00 AM till late. As always the club will be putting on a full 2 course meal, but this year we have the choice of meal that you want. Each member now has the choice of 1) Rump Steak 2) Chicken Schnitzel 3) Beer Battered Flathead. We also have the choice of desert 1) Mud Cake 2) Sticky Date Cake 3) Cheese Cake. After our meal we will be making a presentation of trophies to deserving members that have worked hard on their cars for the year. After the presentations, the club will be holding raffles, lucky door prizes, auctions, and free give always. There will be some huge prizes on offer on the night, and a lot of gear that our sponsors have donated. The entry fee for the night is $30 per head, kids under 10 are free, but have to order and pay for their own meals at the counter on the night. $30 will get you your choice of dinner and dessert, and lucky door prize ticket that could win a prize worth over $40. This year all those that are coming must order and pay for the night out 1 week before the night, as the chiefs there can cook your meals on time and he knows how many meals on the night, so he can make order’s before the event. YOU CAN NOT TURN UP AND PAY ON THE NIGHT, ANYBODY TURNING UP ON THE NIGHT WITHOUT PAYING OR ORDERING WITH THE CLUB IN ADVANCE WILL NOT GET IN. ALL FORMS TO ORDER AND PAY FOR YOUR MEALS WERE HANDED OUT IN LAST MONTH’S NEWSLETTER, IF YOU REQUIRE ANOTHER FORM PLEASE CONTACT ME.
