Default Help with Ebay.

Just wanting to find out if anyone has been put into this position.

I bought an item from the USA, (some subs). So I clicked buy it now paid the money for the item and paid the $40 postage that it said.

Now I have recieved a message saying that the amount of postage I paid is incorrect and they are asking for $200 more.

Just wondering if they can do this. They are willing to give me a refund, but the reason I bough the item because I saved about $200.
