I looked at the focus and went wtf??? I can get an XR6 ecolpi with leather seats tow bar and bucket loads of space and its cheaper for me to run. Family are members are trending taller and wider so to go anywhere in comfort we would have needed to take 2 cars, double fuel bill ,double emissions. My XR is so much better to drive than my old focus. I feel so much better at both end of the trip to work ..there is no comparison really. What I regret is buying the falcon thinking I was helping AU jobs when clearly it seems I am mistaken. I got a great car and I love it but just because I brought one doesn't mean anyone else will. No advertising and production put on hold.... I got to go to the media launch which was brilliant but I don't get what Ford is up too. They said there would be a dealer launch....what get some ecoboost falcons delivered to dealers and that's it? It should be an event like the AU launch because Ford has done something great with the falcon ecoboost and people need to know about it. |
