Default Owner "Road Angel" Navigator (1000)?

Does anyone know an owner of a Road Angel Navigator (original, I think it was the 1000)?
I have had one for many years, but recently they went bust in Australia (ie: no longer supported).
It has had a bug which required a clean up of some files (via PC link), seems I cleaned up more than I should have (yeah, yeah, being in I/T you would think...), and deleted a couple of files, leaving the unit unable to boot.
I have contacted RA in the UK, but they are not interested in assisting.
All I need is those couple of files, which are simply copied off (another) unit.
By the way, the unit’s warning messages are spoken by one Peter Brock
