Default Fuel Cell

Hello Everyone,
This is probably not the correct section I should put this post but I suspect that many of you will have experience with this. I have to modify my petrol tank but can't find anyone that will touch it for obvious reasons. I was hesitant to go to a fuel cell but it seems to be my only practical option. The car will be used for occassional street use and the occassional run on the strip. The cell will be in a TC Cortina. Does any one know what are the legalities for street use, do I get it from Rocket, do I go for any particular size, is there anything else that I need, the cost etc. Any advice will be appreciated.
Cheers
