Quick thing I'd like to mention regarding some information I found almost impossible to find on the Internet.
A EF/EL Falcon stereo adaptor from Aerpro will plug directly into the Ford Laser factory loom and then allow you to colour match to your new stereos loom. Only the earth isn't including in the factory loom so you'll have to do that separately. Part numbers are APP051 (has ISO connections on end) or AP7901F (no ISO connection on end). Either one will do the job, just you'd cut ISO connections off the first one, unless you were going to use them with another adaptor harness. I went down this path because I couldn't find any wiring diagrams and anything on the Internet was contradictory to my colours in the factory loom. And for $15 for the amount of time (and skinned knuckles) I saved - well worth it. KN Ford Laser 1999 Single DIN stereo originally
