Default Changing rear l/a bushes

Hey guys, my rear bushes are starting to get old, original rubber bushes I think and the cars at 160xxx.
Im planning on using super pro bushes through out as im pleased with them so far using them in the struts and sway bar.
I have access to a hoist, shop presses all tools to do the job!
But I don't feel like taking the diff out.
Do you guys think its possible to take one arm out with car in the air, push new bushes in, put arm in and then move on to next arm. So only one arm is removed at a time? Would three trailing arms, shocks and watts link be enough to hold the diff in place?
