I've just come back from seeing V for vendetta- very good and not at all what I was expecting. Its based loosely upon the legend of Guy Fawkes but takes the angle in a modern or slightly futuristic way.
Whilst an obvoius fantasy story, far too much of it rang true: its based in London which has basically become a police state with little free speech due to an overbearing government. I 'd definately recommend it. Anyone else seen it? What did you think?
