Default Moisture in tail-lights - warranty?

My Everest is only 6 months old and today when I went out to go to work (it was chilly and foggy) I noticed that both tail-lights had condensation in them:

The condensation was still there when I came home this afternoon.

Can anyone confirm that this should be covered under warranty? The car is always kept under cover and has not been in any sort of collision.
