Default Void warranty??

Hey, i was just having a quick look through my service manual today and saw an odd entry that i did not pick up on when i bought the car.

In the service record, the 15000km/12 months service had taken place when the car was on 21253km and on the 23/8/06 after the complimentary service on the 6/5/05. This was precisely 6253km/3months17days overdue for that service.

This is my first time dealing with a new car warranty so im unsure?
Do i have a void warranty?
Cos in the manual it specifies in the warranty facts that the vehicle is serviced regularly and promptly.

If so, do i also have questions to ask of the dealer who sold me a voided new car warranty vehicle even though was told it was still under new car warranty?
